It’s time to start learning what the pros do – Link building time! Lets start by creating a one-way link for your site. Getting your site into SEO friendly directories can help!

A good start would be this list right here: http://www.strongestlinks.com/directories.php  Strongest links shows a list of paid and free directories.

Its all about finding the right SEO company to help you build relevant links to your site, for example – if you sell scarfs, you don’t want to build links by getting on Automotive websites.  Google will say this again and again, its all about relevant content.

Google has implemented Latent Semantic Indexing (LSI) this means it has been already weeding out the link farms, paid links, etc.  Manual directory submissions are a great way to start building links up, each directory should be chosen based on reliability, page rank, rankings, and links into the page.  Most all search engines that actually index a directory, has certain requirements it takes into account when it comes to SEO.

You want to make sure you don’t get blacklisted by researching to make sure you get on the best directory site.  Also, look for directory sites that don’t require reciprocal link building.  A good way to do this is Google “Directory “KEYWORD”“

Happy hunting – this should take some time.

Of course e-mail me with questions – always here to help.
